(What a Girl Wants" star Amanda Bynes is starring in an untitled pic being produced by Lauren Shuler Donner for DreamWorks.
Film will be a contemporary take on Shakespeare's "Twelfth Night" -- a story about the comic and romantic complications that ensue when a teenage girl poses as her missing twin brother for two weeks.
Shuler Donner will producer under her Donners' Co. banner.
Bynes most recently starred in Warner Bros. romantic comedy "What a Girl Wants." Upcoming projects include a voice role in Fox's animated pic "Robots," due for release in 2005.
Shuler Donner produced last year's "X2" for Fox and is developing "X-Men 3" for the studio. She is in post-production on Warner Bros. thriller "Constantine," starring Keanu Reeves
